The MY-100T high-speed paper cup making machine has a speed of 120
pcs/min and has two turntables, open cam design and gear
transmission. It adopts automatic paper feeding fan paper feeding
device, PLC control system, and the bottom is sealed by Swiss
Leister hot air device. The photoelectric detection system ensures
that there is no leakage at the bottom, the automatic oil
lubrication ensures that all mechanical parts work smoothly, and
the sensor detects the fault and automatically stops working, which
greatly improves the operation safety. The machine can complete the
whole process of paper feeding, cup edge sealing, cup bottom
punching feeding, heating, knurling, rotary heating and crimping,
counting, and cup taking.
